Our Cornwall Trip to Bodhis Beach Hut

Saturday, 3 January 2015

This New Year was spent in Cornwall, as Sam and I both had the week off we decided to spend some money on going away for a few days.
I spotted Bodhis Beach Hut on air bnb and oh my, what a find it was. The gorgeous cottage is near Padstow, and just a stones throw away from Constantine Bay, as well as many other beaches around the area. It's dog friendly, and the interior is beautiful. I recently found out the owner owns a home ware store, which totally makes sense. From the furnishings to the outside of the building, the mattress and the wood burner, everything is perfection and so very picture perfect.

We spent our days visiting the beach, running Severus tired, so we could snuggle up on the sofa and watch films most evenings- with wine, of course. We visited Padstow on a few of the days, stopping at the sweet pubs and getting lost down the lovely streets. New Years was a quiet one, involving fluffy PJ's, Prosecco and watching the fireworks on tv (and out our window) in the most comfiest of beds.

Sam and I love our breaks away, we love Cornwall and being able to take Sev with us makes everything so much better for us- he is our little boy after all. Bohdis beach hut was the perfect escape, and I'd literally go back in a heart beat. All it needs is a bath tub, a hot tub in the garden, and to extend so we can go with friends next time ♥

  12. Padstow is one of my favourite places in the UK! Great little find on Air BnB, I'm trying the site for the first time for a couple of trips this year so hopefully I'll be able to stumble on something just as good!
