Fall in Love, in Paris

Our second day in Paris started as an early one. Up and out of our beautiful apartment for sunrise overlooking the Eiffel Tower.
There were couples having photo sessions and just enjoying the view as the sun rose more and more. Everyone wanted their photo taken with the gorgeous iconic building ♥

We took in the gorgeous view until the clouds started to come over and we walked down past the Eiffel Tower, browsing the stunning Parisian streets and the photo points we'd only seen on Pinterest.

We soon jumped on a tour bus, to take in as most of the City as possible. Popping on and off at famous points and enjoying the romance of Paris.

The day was really a dream, and after we made it back to the Champs-Elysées, I knew it was time to visit Laduree of Paris. There was one a stones throw away from our apartment that I'd had my eyes on from the day before.
We opted to sit outside, as the weather was warming up and I wanted to people watch while sipping cocktails and eating amazing cakes.

The lunch was lovely and we felt like we had to treat our self just a little more with take away macarons.

Taking the sweet treats, we headed back to the Eiffel Tower, yet again. A bottle of prosecco in hand [soz France, but I don't like champagne!] We had the nicest few hours, with our little picnic together.

We were soon off exploring again and headed on the Metro to Best View of Paris. A tall building with an awesome viewing platform overlooking Paris in all it's glory, including the Eiffel Tower, called the Montparnasse Tower.
Sadly the weather wasn't on our side, so we didn't stay up there too long but we did see the Eiffel Tower sparkle and enjoyed our last night with this gorgeous view.
