Afternoon Tea wearing Sugarhill Boutique

Tuesday, 30 August 2016

I never need much excuse to book a Weekend away, tempt me with afternoon tea too and I'm all yours.
We decided a little dog friendly stay in the Cotswolds was in order, to get away from work life, even just for a night.
I got to glam up a little, although only staying in a little country inn, it was still nice to pop on my new Sugarhill Boutique dress, from the new Autumn collection. I totally feel in love with the lace detail sleeves and navy is never a colour I wear much of but I always think it looks lovely.

Although I'm loving the warm weather (when it actually decides to show it's face) and I'd never rush the Summer months on, thinking about the Autumn and style that goes with that makes me so excited. The crispy orange leaves on the trees, the tartan scarves and wool coats...and the dogs get to where their jumpers again too!
I'm Wearing: Dress c/o Sugarhill Boutique and Boots c/o George
The Spaniels are Wearing: Bow Ties from Teddy Maximus

Afternoon tea at The Bear of Rodborough was lovely, and although it didn't have as many sweet treats as you'd usually find, we were satisfied and our bellies were full...especially with the Prosecco that joined it.
I always look for afternoon tea when we have a night away, it's one of my favourite thing, and I always feel a little special sitting down to nibble on sandwiches and sip tea. Even better when it's a dog friendly night away, and the pooches get to join in too. Of course they get treats and some times to even sit on the comfy seats ♥
